Precision was founded to give commercial businesses a dependable, outsourced alternative to managing linens in-house. Rather than functioning solely as a linen processor, we manage the complete service cycle on behalf of our customers: onboarding, scheduling, transportation, inventory coordination, communication, quality oversight, and billing.
We built our operating model around recurring service relationships, not one-off transactions. Each customer relationship is meant to function as an ongoing partnership, supported by scheduled transportation, organized inventory management, responsive communication, and dependable execution — every cycle, every time.
Transportation and logistics as our core strength
We concentrate our investment on the parts of the business that directly shape your experience: transportation, route logistics, customer service, technology, and account management. Linen processing is handled by an established independent commercial processing facility under a commercial processing agreement, performing washing, drying, finishing, folding, and packaging to agreed standards.
Throughout that process, we stay responsible for everything that touches you directly — communication, scheduling, inventory accountability, and quality verification. We view our transportation fleet as a strategic asset, not just a support function: owning our vehicles gives us direct control over reliability, scheduling, and responsiveness as we grow route density across the Valley.
